Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at mayaullman@gmail.com.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please notify us by e-mail, phone or post, stating the reason for return and we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund, provided the products are returned complete, unused, and in the condition they were received with the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mayaullman@gmail.com.
Shipping your return item: To return your product, you should mail your product to: Maya Ullman, Unit 2, Jubilee Wharf, Commercial Road Penryn GB TR10 8FG
When requesting a refund please note we do not refund your postage costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please return items via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing special delivery shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or faulty items: Please check goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged or faulty please let us know within 3 working days and arrange to post them back to us via a signed for postal service. If you do not contact us within 3 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
Sale items and gift cards: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
