Welcome to the Papillon Rouge website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing with and are bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

Papillon Rouge Online will supply you with the highest quality pieces of jewellery, all individually inspected before dispatch.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please notify us by e-mail, phone or post, stating the reason for return and we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund, provided the products are returned complete, unused, and in the condition they were received with the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings for reasons of hygiene, unless they are faulty.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@papillon-rouge.co.uk.

Shipping your return item: To return your product, you should mail your product to: Papillon Rouge, Unit 2, Jubilee Wharf, Commercial Road Penryn GB TR10 8FG

When requesting a refund please note we do not refund your postage costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please return items via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. You should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or faulty items: Please check goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged or faulty please let us know within 3 working days and arrange to post them back to us via a signed for postal service. If you do not contact us within 3 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Size and scale

We have made every effort to photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible and include details of size. However, some slight variations in colour and scale may occur depending on your computer and the software you use. We advise you to check the stated measure or length of the jewellery against your preferences.

 

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 7 working days from receipt of order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorization. If you require your order sooner than 7 days please contact us by email or phone and we will try our best to meet your request.

Postage and packaging

Papillon Rouge will gift wrap all products in it’s own individual gift packaging. Your Jewellery will be wrapped and posted safely to ensure no damage can occur in transit. Our items will be sent to you using Royal Mail special delivery. This service insures items up to the value of £500.

 

Pricing

All our products are priced in pounds sterling as they appear on the website at time of purchase. We reserve the right to update and change the prices from time to time.

 

Payment

The Papillon Rouge website accepts payment from most major credit and debit cards and Pay Pal. Payment will be processed by Shopify. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us for our postal address. Cheques will be payable to “Papillon Rouge”. We will dispatch items only after receiving confirmation of payment.

 

Privacy policy

In order to purchase Papillon Rouge products from the web site the client must provide personal details, full name address, e-mail and phone number. Your privacy is important to us. Papillon Rouge will never pass on your details and no unauthorized third party will intercept the data. Shopify privacy policy will hold and transmit your personal information in a manner designed to ensure its highest security.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. Shopify is a level 1 PCI-DSS compliant service provider who follows all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to them, both during transmission and once they receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while Shopify strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, they cannot guarantee its absolute security. Jewellery warranty

Papillon Rouge products are designed to last if they are handled with care. If your Papillon Rouge jewellery at any given time requires fixing, please contact us by email or phone to discuss how we can restore the jewellery to its previous glory. We will happily try to amend the jewellery for you. We will only charge the Special Delivery postage fee, and the cost of gems pearls, silver or beads that need replacing. No extra charge will be added.

Intellectual Property

All website design, text and graphics belong to Papillon Rouge as Intellectual Property. All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property belong to us. It is illegal in all circumstances to use the website in any way that may infringe the intellectual property rights contained in the website. This means that you may not adapt, reproduce, publish, upload, extract, store, retransmit, any of the contents of the website including any trade marks or copyrighted material without our express permission. However, you are permitted to download and print out pages from the website for the sole purpose of viewing for your own personal information.

Papillon Rouge reserves the rights to amend the terms of this web site at any time by posting the amended terms on the site.
